100% polyester mesh featuring a custom, plaid print. Mesh combines a soft handfeel with the rugged durability of 100% polyester.

WEATHER PROOFING -
COLD RESISTANT

Cold-proof function finish is added during the coating process. It enables the fabric to keep its original flexibility against extreme conditions preventing stiffness in cold, harsh weather conditions.

CRITICALLY SEAM-SEALED

All major seams including shoulders and hoods on jackets, back rise and side seams on pants are taped to seal out rain and snow.

INSULATION -
ALUMINIZED HEAT RETENTION

DuPont’s® aluminized heat retention system is a porous sheet allowing moisture to evaporate through to the outer shell while retaining heat. The aluminized sheet is inserted between the outer shell and the lining and retains warmth by reflecting the wearer’s body heat.

DWR COATING

Durable Water Repellency is an invisible protection layer on the face of the outershell that provides maximum water repellency and is stain resistant. Ripzone DWR coating remains 90% effective after five machine washings

WATERPROOF/BREATHABLE

Micro-porous coatings are laminated to the underside of the fabric. Invisible to the naked eye, the pores are large enough to allow perspiration vapour to escape but small enough to create a weather-proof seal against rain and snow.

SUPERTWILL
100% POLYESTER

A classic fabric that is woven in a traditional twill pattern. This gives the fabric a textured surface interest which is extremely durable and allows for high intensity prints. This laminated fabric features 10,000mm waterproofing and 7,000g of moisture permeability.

HOUNDSTOOTH SHADOW
100% POLYESTER

New for Fall 2011, this fabric combines a two-tone houndstooth design with a subtle pattern in the background. The shadow effect is created by cross-dying 100% polyester. The fabric is then finished with a laminated 10,000 waterproof and 7,000g/m2/24hr breathable coating.

CROSS-DYED HERRINGBONE
100% POLYESTER

New for Fall 2011, this 100% polyester fabric has a two-tone vertical herringbone effect. It also has a 10,000mm waterproof and 7,000g/m2/24hr breathable laminated coating for performance and protection, even in the harshest elements.
