LINING FABRIC - 100% polyester sateen featuring a custom, denim print. Sateen combines a silk-like handfeel with the rugged durability of 100% polyester. WEATHER PROOFING - Cold-proof function finish is added during the coating process. It enables the fabric to keep its original flexibility against extreme conditions preventing stiffness in cold, harsh weather conditions. CRITICALLY SEAM-SEALED All major seams including shoulders and hoods on jackets, back rise and side seams on pants are taped to seal out rain and snow. |
INSULATION - Primaloft® Eco is made from 70% post consumer recycled plastic soft drink bottles. Primaloft’s® unique water resistant microfibre structure performs even when wet. The secret is in Primaloft’s® extremely lightweight core structure that suspends millions of air spaces in a microfibre mesh. These microscopic air spaces repel water while trapping heat to keep you warm and dry. Primaloft® is lightweight and highly thermally efficient. DWR COATING Durable Water Repellency is an invisible protection layer on the face of the outershell that provides maximum water repellency and is stain resistant. Ripzone DWR coating remains 90% effective after five machine washings WATERPROOF/BREATHABLE Micro-porous coatings are laminated to the underside of the fabric. Invisible to the naked eye, the pores are large enough to allow perspiration vapour to escape but small enough to create a weather-proof seal against rain and snow. |

SUPERTWILL A classic fabric that is woven in a traditional twill pattern. This gives the fabric a textured surface interest which is extremely durable and allows for high intensity prints. This laminated fabric features 10,000mm waterproofing and 7,000g of moisture permeability. |

DENIM A typical twill weave allows for an extremely durable fabric. The denim look is achieved by the dyeing of two different fibers–polyester & cotton and weaving them in two different directions. Because of the construction, blend of cotton and yarn colour the fabric has a denim-streetswear appearance, yet still provides excellent weather protection with its laminated 10,000mm of waterproofing and 7,000g of moisture permeability. |

YARN-DYED HOUNDSTOOTH New for Fall 2011 , this is a classic houndstooth pattern that has been yarn-dyed in 100% polyester to create a distinctive two-tone effect. Like all X5 fabrics, a 10,000mm waterproofing, 7,000g/m2/24hr breathability coating has been laminated to the back side of the fabric and DWR 90 has been added to the face side. |

GLEN-CHECK WINDOWPANE New for Fall 2011, this fabric has a windowpane pattern layered overtop of a traditional glen-check. It has been cross-dyed using 98% poly and 2% rayon, then finished with a 10,000mm waterproofing, 7,000g/m2/24hr breathability laminated coating. |
