Here’s a little Bio about myself Brad Martin. I’m a 24 year old snowboarder from Ancaster Ontario. Been Snowboarding since 94 and on snow since I was about 16 months old. My Parents Ken and Nancy put me on skies as soon as I could walk at a place called Chedoke in Hamilton. It’s currently shut down due to the fact that the hill was costing the city tons of money. Rumor has it the city workers were the highest paid lifties in Canada… It’s really sad that they had to shut it down. It was a great place to grow up learning to ski for lots of kids and families from Hamilton and the surrounding areas to go and enjoy. My Brother and I were put in the Ski race programs at a young age. We traveled a lot for races and got to see a lot of different ski resorts across southern Ontario. All right I’ll get into the good stuff now. Our dad took us to Jay Peak Vermont for a ski trip. Little did I know this was going to be the start of something truly amazing. Snowboarding! From there I never looked back to those two plank things again. I was 8 having a blast on my board, still am! I also got the chance to compete in two Olympics and multiple World Cups. My current goal is to Medal in Russia at the 2014 Olympics in Halfpipe! Film a full video part in the next couple years in the backcountry and ride as much powder as possible. Some of my other passions are Wakeskating, Dirtbiking, Sleding, Surfing, Baseball and Skateboarding. I enjoy Pizza, sushi, beer and hanging with good people.
